However, since it is easy to just follow the account and retweet the post(literally takes a few seconds), people tend to do it. I believe its a great way to gain followers, that is, if you have the money. The ad includes a simple image to inform the viewer about the prize of the giveaway and use simple words to inform them how they could win it.
